Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, specialized in Digital Construction with BIM in the Operation and Maintenance phase, with 2 years of experience. Indeed, to obtain the Engineering degree, I presented a mixed project (research and implementation) of O&M with BIM for public educational infrastructure for Metropolitan Lima-Peru. This proposal is based on the ISO 19650-3 standard, which comprises a complete innovation of processes for the digitization and asset management of said infrastructure.
