Designed by Rossetti and built by AECOM, these facilities operate year-round but face immense pressure during the US Open, the world’s largest tennis tournament.
With millions of dollars at stake, flawless operation is crucial. Any maintenance failure could be catastrophic, making a robust Preventive Maintenance system essential to continuously monitor, manage, and maintain all assets.

YouBIM was implemented as the BIM to Facility Management consultant, integrating the BIM model with the CMMS software (TMA Systems) to ensure seamless maintenance.

Integrated Maintenance Management: Collaboration with AECOM, Rossetti, USTA, and TMA Systems created a fully integrated system, combining CMMS with advanced 3D/2D BIM visualization to track and maintain assets effectively.
