West Henderson Hospital

Following the successful implementation of YouBIM at Northern Nevada Sierra Medical Center, Universal Healthcare Services (UHS) sought to extend its digital twin strategy across its broader network. West Henderson Hospital, a 150-bed acute care facility opened in December 2024, was the next target. With an advanced medical offering—including emergency stroke and cardiac protocols, bariatric surgery, and interventional cardiology—managing complex building systems and equipment data presented a significant challenge. UHS needed to replicate its prior success while tailoring the solution to a new facility with different configurations and operational dynamics.

Having already developed and validated a structured approach with Northern Nevada Sierra, the implementation at West Henderson was significantly accelerated. Key assets, workflows, and integration strategies were reused with minor adjustments:

Standardized Data Frameworks
The asset matrix, naming conventions, and Revit standards defined in the previous implementation were adapted to the specific spatial and operational requirements of West Henderson Hospital.

Integrated CMMS Readiness
YouBIM was pre-configured to support seamless integration with Brightly’s TheWorxHub, enabling consistent data synchronization across hospitals.

With YouBIM fully operational at West Henderson Hospital, UHS has reinforced a scalable and repeatable model for BIM-based facility management. Key results include:
